Ordering
Ordering products through our online shop is currently only available for customers that live within the following countries:

Payment
In our online shop, you can pay via Credit Cards and Debit Cards during checkout.
For advance payment by bank transfer to our bank account, we grant 3% discount on the net purchase price. After the purchase we will send you an updated invoice. Please make the payment after receiving the invoice. Your order will be processed and shipped subsequently.
Alternatively, depending on your country, you can also pay via Giropay (Germany), Sofort (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain), iDEAL (Netherlands), P24 (Poland), Bancontact (Belgium), EPS (Austria), PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Delivery and Shipping Cost
As a rule, all products are manufactured to order. Exceptions to this are used items or items on display. Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product page and also during checkout.
Shipping to your country - if available, see list above - will be calculated during checkout, once you enter your destination country and ZIP code. Depending on the product and destination country, we are likely using DHL or UPS as our logistics partner.
